The firm’s lawyers were involved in the LBO of Bureau Veritas and its IPO. These transactions illustrate the long-standing relationship between the Management of Bureau Veritas and our teams, which led to a successful IPO exit from the initial LBO by Wendel Investissement.
We were also involved in the KKR LBO of Pages Jaunes, the biggest European LBO, and we assisted the Group’s Management on corporate financing transactions which punctuated its transition to internet.
The firm’s experts are also active alongside industrial firms in strategic deals such as the Eutelsat acquisition of Mexican satellite operator Satmex for almost one billion Euros.
