Associates work closely with the partner as part of a team, particularly with the firm’s external partners. They are highly independent in their relationship with clients, enabling them to gain full insight into the case.

INTERNSHIPS
We welcome students from all academic backgrounds, particularly those who are thorough, motivated and capable of working in a team.
Internships are an opportunity to work closely with a partner in company, structured financing and private equity law, through a cross-cutting approach (legal, tax and financial). Interns are involved in all aspects of a case, from the legal analysis to closing.
