Sibel Saglam, Counsel, became a member of the Paris Bar Association in 2015 and practises in mergers / acquisitions, private equity transactions and in all areas of company law.
Before joining Cards Avocats, Sibel previously worked at the Carré law firm.
She holds a Master 1 in private law, specialising in business law, from Paris 13 University (first in class) (2011) and a professional Master 2 in business law and taxation from Panthéon-Assas University Paris 2 (2012).
Sibel is bilingual in French and Turkish.
