Méliné works alongside Chucri Serhal in structured finance, particularly in LBOs, corporate financing and syndicated loans, mainly on the lender’s side.
Before joining Cards Avocats, Méliné worked in the acquisition finance teams of top leading international and French law firms based in Paris.
Méliné is a member of the Paris Bar Association (2020).
She holds a Master I in Business and Financial Law from Université Paris-Saclay (2015) and a Master II in Criminal Business Law from Université Paris-Saclay (2016).
Méliné is fluent in French and in English.
