Jean-François Carré is specialised in company and M&A law and works on all equity financing operations (sales, mergers, fund-raisings, etc.) and all company law issues in general.
Before he co-founded Cards Avocats as managing partner, Jean-François practised for twelve years in the Francis Lefebvre law firm and then at TCA as partner, before founding his own law firm in 2010.
Jean-François is a member of the Paris bar association and holds a specialisation in company law / M&A.
He is a graduate of HEC Paris (1992) and holds a master’s in law from Panthéon-Assas University Paris 2 (1993) and a graduate diploma in accounting and financial studies – DESCF (1992)
