Ernest works alongside Chucri Serhal on structured finance matters (syndicated loans, unitranche and mezzanine financing), advising on the structuring and implementation of LBO, acquisition, corporate, real estate, and project financing.
Prior to joining Cards Avocats, Ernest gained professional experience within the finance and regulatory practice groups of several renowned French and international law firms based in Paris and Luxembourg.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2026, he holds a Master’s degree in financial law (259) from the Université Paris Dauphine – PSL (2024) and an LL.M. in European Banking and Financial Law from the University of Luxembourg (2022).
Ernest is fluent in French, English, Spanish, and Italian.
