Amr works alongside with Chucri Serhal in structured finance (syndicated facilities, unitranche, mezzanine), particularly in leveraged/acquisition, corporate, real estate, and project financing. He also has fund financing expertise.
Before Cards Avocats, Amr worked at a number of top leading and international law firms in Sydney and Paris including Clayton Utz and Kramer Levin.
Amr is a member of the Paris bar association and a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales (Australia).
He holds a Diploma in Law from the University of Sydney. He also completed an MBA at the Sorbonne Business School (Paris) and a Master II in European Business Law at the University Jean Monnet Sceaux.
Amr is fluent in French and English.
