Alexis Dargent works on all sizes of private equity transactions and particularly on negotiating management packages. He supports management teams and investment funds in preparing, implementing and unwinding corporate finance deals. He also advises listed or unlisted industrial clients within the framework of their external growth operations and in studying incentive tools for their managers and staff.
Before he co-founded Cards Avocats as managing partner, Alexis practised for ten years at Mayer Brown as a partner, at Andersen Legal and at Francis Lefebvre.
Alexis is a member of the Paris bar association.
He is a graduate of HEC Paris (1994) and holds a Master 2 in International Taxation earned at Panthéon-Assas University Paris 2 and HEC.
Alexis is fluent in English.
